Introducing Tracial: Unplanned Raw Travel with a Touch of Social Work

At Upasana Society NGO, we’re always seeking innovative ways to make a positive impact. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest campaign, “Tracial.” This unique initiative embodies unplanned raw travel combined with meaningful social work, creating an unforgettable experience for both participants and the communities they encounter.

What is Tracial?

Tracial is all about unplanned adventures and unexpected connections. It’s a campaign that brings together individuals who share a passion for exploration and a commitment to social responsibility. Picture this: 18 travelers who meet for the first time, embark on a weekend journey without knowing the destination. The thrill of the unknown and the camaraderie of fellow travelers set the stage for an unforgettable experience.

A Journey of Responsibility

During our Tracial journey, we made a conscious effort to leave no trace. We believe in responsible travel, which means respecting the environment and the places we visit. Littering was out of the question, and we actively spread awareness about the importance of preserving the natural beauty of our destinations.

Empowerment and Exchange

One of the cornerstones of Tracial is empowerment. As we traveled, we connected with local communities, indulging in local food and engaging in conversations that offered insights into different walks of life. Our aim was to not just be travelers, but also active participants in the areas we visited, contributing to positive change.

Our journey with Tracial opened our eyes to possibilities we never knew existed. Venturing beyond the borders of Maharashtra on weekends, we discovered incredible destinations within India itself. And all of this was made possible without the need to take extended leaves from our professional lives.

Experiencing the Essence

Travelling using local transport allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the raw essence of each place we visited. We experienced the local way of life, embraced the authenticity of our surroundings, and connected with the heart of each destination.

The Continuing Journey

In retrospect, our Tracial experience was nothing short of amazing. But this is just the beginning. We’re committed to continuing this journey of spontaneous travel, connecting with unknown fellow travelers, and leaving a trail of positive change in our wake.
