Empowering Air Force Wives: #PeriodCupCause Breaks Taboos and Provides Sustainable Menstrual Hygiene Solutions in Bikaner

In many parts of the world, menstruation remains a taboo topic, with many girls and women not having access to safe and sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions. To break this taboo and provide women with sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions, a #PeriodCupCause awareness session was conducted for Air Force Wives in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The session introduced menstrual cups as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to traditional menstrual products like pads and tampons. The women were shown how to use menstrual cups and given tips on how to maintain proper menstrual hygiene.
