Roles and Responsibilities of On-Field Volunteers

As an on-field volunteer with Upasana Society NGO, you play a crucial role in contributing to our mission of empowering individuals, transforming communities, and fostering sustainable development.   1. Campaign Support:
    • Participate actively in various campaigns organized by Upasana Society NGO.
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of campaign activities.
    • Engage with beneficiaries and community members in a respectful and compassionate manner.
  1. Outreach and Awareness:
    • Act as a representative of the NGO, spreading awareness about our initiatives, values, and goals.
    • Engage in discussions and conversations to educate the public about the issues we address.
  1. Hands-On Assistance:
    • Support in conducting workshops, events, and sessions organized by the NGO.
    • Assist in tasks related to the campaign, such as setup, distribution, and logistical arrangements.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Help document campaign activities through photographs, videos, or written content.
    • Provide feedback and updates to the NGO team on your activities and observations.
  1. Beneficiary Interaction:
    • Interact with beneficiaries and community members to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Show empathy and respect while communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  1. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with fellow volunteers and the NGO team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
    • Share ideas, insights, and suggestions for improving campaign effectiveness.
  1. Adherence to Guidelines:
    • Follow the guidelines, principles, and code of conduct set by Upasana Society NGO.
    • Represent the NGO with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
  1. Time Commitment:
    • Commit to volunteering for a minimum of 30 hours towards campaigns organized by the NGO.
    • Maintain regular communication with the NGO team regarding your availability and involvement.
